Emily Erickson Appointment Request Form

Emily’s hourly rate for realism work is $100/hr. All other tattoos will be priced per piece. Emily requires a $150 deposit to hold your place in her schedule. , and takes all deposits and payments through Venmo or Zelle. 

***Emily usually works Tuesday through Friday and limited Saturdays.  Her hours are 11-5PM. If you can only come in on weekends, it will definitely limit our ability to work together.***

 * Nature themed pieces, pet and animal portraits, and illustrative projects are things that she would love to do, but she is open to other ideas! 

Emily rarely takes on coverups, however depending on the existing piece, it is a possibility.  

It takes her about a week or so to get back to everyone so your patience is appreciated.  She does not do first come first serve, so sending one form is all you need.
