Aaron Peters Appointment Request Form
This appointment request form will now be constantly available to submit a request, however Aaron will only review the inquiries EVERY 3 MONTHS. Submit a request anytime and when the following review date approaches it will be evaluated then. Aaron plans to review submissions on the following upcoming dates:

The order of your submission will not effect anything. All inquiries are gone through every three months and the best projects will be accepted
If accepted, you will be asked for a $300 deposit to secure your spot on a waitlist - You will be guaranteed an appointment, just not given a date yet. If you are not comfortable leaving a deposit without a set date immediately, please do not proceed with the form.
